    Commercial Cleaning
I took over a commercial cleaning service from a friend I'm not sure if our bids are correct. I need to bid on a 10,000 sq. foot school. 6,289 sq. foot is tile flooring that needs stripping seal and wax. The rest is carpet. 16 class rooms with pantry areas and bathroom in each class. 57 interior and exterior windows. How would you bid on this building.

The only way to bid this job is to reduce it to one man hours, which means you must estimat the time it takes to complete the service multiply times hourly rate, plus contingent, plus profit and overhead with the caveat that it could be adjusted up or downafter you you have completed the job several times... if you can obtain that optilon.
