    Dual citizenship
I have dual citizenship in USA and Portugal. I was married in Portugal to a military man and had the marriage registered at the American Embassy. We move to Virginia 8 years ago. I am getting divorced in Virginia and want to know if I also have to get divorced in Portugal? If so how do I do that?
