    Lien for attorney fees?
    Live in FL. In my divorce decree it states that if a party fails to follow through with terms and conditions they shall incur the attorney fees. My ex did not refinance one of our homes, so my name is still on the mortgage - I did my part by quick claim deeding to him. Can I put a lien on his home for attorney fees associated with having this matter resolved? If so, how?

    You will have to take them back to court to collect the attoreny fees, If you get a judgement, then you may do this. But to be honest, is there not better ways to get the money, garnish pay perhaps, since a lien is not paid till the property is sold or refi
