    It's only been a month
My husband is a liar and I was a dummy for marrying him. I knew all this coming in to the marriage because we were together 8 years before we married last month. I can't take the lying and sneaking around. I am sick of being EYE SPY checking up on him. Every time I do check I find something else. I want this over. Do I have to get a divorce or can this be annulled? We don't have any children or property.

It all depends on the reason for the divorce or annulment, and on your state laws. Each state has its designated "reasons" for an annulment (generally they are fraud, Incest, Mental disability, Lack of sexual consummation, Being under a consenting age, Polygamy, Duress) Those marriages that don't qualify for annulments and be taken care of by divorce.
Not having children or property will only make it easier, as long as he doesn't contest it. If he doesn't want the divorce then it can be difficult and probably a fight.

And what did you think was going to change after 8 years when you said I do. Normallly you are going to have to get a divorce, esp if he does not want to separate
