    Go to the recorder of deeds check to see who has a lien recorded on the property

    Chuck's right. The Town Clerk's Office will have this info. Get the address and give it to the clerk, they will give you the legal address, section , block and lot and direct you to micro files and you can find who has the lien on the property and if they sold it to another bank.
