Assuming you are low income, have you asked your welfare case worker.
If you are a senior citizen have you checked with the resourses at the local senior center.

Also the Lions club assists in help with low income

Also please do not keep asking the same question over and over. It can take hours and even days sometimes for many experts to read and to respond to your question.

Also if you can add ( not a new post) but add info here , you may "answer" to add info, but tell us where you live, there is a difference between what is available in Canada to the US, or in India it will be different than Poland.
