Bananas are very high in carbohydrates but any fruit is better than nothing.
I suggest you get up early and exercise on an empty stomach, this way you will burn calories not energy.
When you get home eat egss with no toast (omlette) or scrambled.
As a pre lunch snack have your piece of fruit, the banana is good here as the carbs will help to keep you full till lunch.
For lunch have something filling - rice and meat is always good as again it helps to keep you full but is very low in fat.
For your afternoon snack have something sweet like a nutty muesli bar or if your determined to have no sugars eat nuts ojn their own - almonds are best.
Eata well balanced with a decent amount of protein preferably fish if you really want o drop the kgs fast.
