I'm trying to find the name of an actress who played a reporter named Nancy on a TV series about a news station that was short lived in the mid 90's. I don't remember a whole lot of details about it other than it was a fictional station (channel 8 or 3 I think). She also played a rape victim that was cut and scarred on the face in a movie. I thought she was very pretty back then but now I can't remember her name and she hasn't done much. Don't think she ever became big or anything but I'm just curious to know who she is. Thanks.

The actress is Cheryl Pollack (Most known for Pump Up the Volume). She played Nancy in the 1995 T.V. show Live Shot. It was an extremely short lived series on the new UPN network.
