Should I go to my priest for.
Ok I'm not catholic but I have been going to a catholic church and my boyfriend broke up with me last night and I was wondering is it accpetable to talk to the priest about my pain. The priest is helping on my way to becoming a catholic.

Yes, that is what most priests are there for, if your specific priest does not do counseling, he will refer you to someone that is,

    Heb 2:17-18
17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
    (KJV)

Above all, you should take your questions to your High Priest, as revealed in the above scripture.

That is what priests are supposed to be for... They should give you sound like advice irrespective of whether you are a Catholic or not. Remember, however, that part of a Pastor or of a Priest's job is to try to convert people to their own confession. Therefore, if you are not really interested, for the time being, to become a member of the Catholic Church, just tell him you need time to think it over, and that you will eventually revert on the subject.
    That should do the trick.
