GovBenefits.gov click benefits and then your state of Ohio or check out Fed programs or Other sources.
Ohio Health Care Safety Net is located at ohiofreclinics.org A description of public and private programs Compiled by the Ohio... funding for the Disability Medical Assistance... People who are aged, blind or disabled .
    Government Funding Grants Loans
Federal, State & Local Government Funding Resources
Funding Resource for Health Care Needs, Technical Assistance for Disabled Adults, Veterans & Handicapped Children with Disabilities is found at handiramp.com/Funding.htm

I have found a great deal of help at the County Offices (Food Stamps people usually know of other programs) I see a County Mental Health Provider for the depression that is normal for a disability, they have a person there who assists in finding grants and aid, such as building or providing ramps, wheelchairs etc. Friends have found local fire departments have assisted them. In the private sector many church groups help, without trying to convert you, by assisting with housework, shopping and cooking. The County office has a list.

Hope this give you some starting points.
