    You can always post an ad on craigslist classifieds: jobs, housing, personals, for sale, services, community, events, forums in your area.

    If you have lots od old furniture you may try selling at a flea market. Like Peddlers Mall. They charge a monthly fee and rent you a booth to display your items for sale. They handle all sales so you don't have to baby set your furniture.
