I would like to answer this. How do you PROVE that Jesus Christ is alive? I believe it, you believe it, but many do not. You may say, "the Bible" but they don't accept that. Maybe, "He lives in my heart", they say it is only our opinion. Every religion has its holy writings, which become subject to criticism and argument. The first Church in Jerusalem had the answer.

    Acts 4:10
10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
    (KJV)

    Mark 16:20
20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
    (KJV)

The miracles were the definitive answer to the question about whether Jesus is alive or not. The world today needs to know beyond doubt that Jesus Christ is alive. The only thing that will convince them is miracles. I believe that the church without miracles has no credentials, and I am talking about the same kind of miracles that the Apostles did, healing the sick and lame, opening blind eyes, and raising the dead. If we don't have this, we need to be praying for it. Not to exalt self, but to exalt Jesus and prove His resurrection to a doubting world.

I think it is not a matter of believing whether Jesus Christ is alive or not! It is rather a matter of believing Jesus Christ is the SON of GOD, and as such, GOD Himself.
If we accept that, it is pointless to say Jesus is still alive. HE has always been alive, for HE is GOD (in this case, incarnated) and as SUCH, GOD has never had a beginning and will never have an end, for GOD is eternal.

This the belief of all monotheistic religions (Christianism, Islam, Judaism) and this is also what ALL poyitheistic religions believe. The mere concept of GOD -as the supreme being responsible of our Creation- requires HIM to be eternal, otherwise He cannot be but a minor god, as explained in the different mythologies.:)

I understand about the miracles, but we have to be seeking first the kingdom of heaven.
