    Programs for laptop?
    Hey everyone does anyone know any good free software that I can install on my laptop. Anything cool that's worth installing?

    Depends what your needs are. Start with Firefox and OpenOffice. Avira antivirus is what I use for AV. The rest depends on your needs.

    Yer I'm going to put Firefox on and AVG I think (just because I have it on this and its gd). But anything thing else that enhances things on my laptop? Gives a nice edge? Helps performance? Anything lol.

    You sound like you want graphics... make sure you have the latest
    Drivers, and choices to adjust for color, contrast, brightness
    (not the buttons on the monitor). You can help performance by turning
    Off unneeded services. If you give us more criteria, we can advise.
