    Alignment of Riding Mower
It appears the front wheels are both turned outward. This makes turning a bit difficult. Nothing appears bent out of shape. How can I adjust and make these wheels perpendicular? Thank you! :)

Front wheels and tires are not set perfectly straight. It is hard to explain without pics but the caster, toeand camber of front wheels has them tilt slightly out at the top and slightly pointing at a point about 10' in front of the tractor. Here is some info on how they set car toe, cater and camber. Unless you damaged the tractor I would not bother adjusting. Caster, Camber, Toe

The drive belt that propels the machine keeps coming off the idler pulley. It appears that the idler pulley is positioned we below the other two pulleys. Is there a way to move the idler pulley up so it aligns with the others.
