Will a felony stop me from receiving a "z" card or merchant mariners card?
I was convicted of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance (car) and grand larceny Less than $3000 and felony criminal mischief! I received pretrial intervention and this is my only offence ever! The terms to my pre trial is that when it is over, my case shows up as ajudication withheld. Will this hinder me from receiving a coast guard "Z" card or merchant mariners card so that I can work offshore on oil rigs PLEASE HELP!

I was convicted of a cocaine felony under a gram in 2002. My actual release date from it was 4/08. Do I qualify for a z card?

The "marriage card" [ 4 Answers ]

Ive been living with my boyfriend for the past 3 months and it's been wonderful. He tells me how he wants to marry me and he can't wait until we're hubby and wife one day. Will he ever ask me? Some of my friends think he just plays the marriage card when I'm upset w/ him
