    30 day notice
    If I received a 30 day notice on the 31st of the month, do I still have to pay the rent on the 1st. :confused: :confused:

    Yes, legally you have to pay rent for all of the time you live there. IF you don't pay it would be taken with late charges against any deposit. And if not enough deposit they could attempt debt collection.
