    Bail bond
    Hi I am from Florida and I just found out I have a warrant for my arrest I am going to turn myself in , but can I post my own bail at a bailbondmans before going to the sheriff office or can the bailmans turn me in with out been arrested

    If you know ahead of time what your bail will be you can go to the bailbondsman's office and make arrangements there for your bail. No, they don't turn you in. You do that yourself. You will be processed at the place you turn yourself in and the bondsman will then bond you out of jail. It does take a few hours so be patient.

    You may arrange with the court ( if a bail has been set) to have the bail posted and arranged prior to turning yourself in. The reason for the warrant, the type of arrest warrant and if bail has already been set will all be factors in this
