There is no way to tell or know for sure, you ask her, she tells you.

I'm not really sure if you could be able to tell yourself!
You could take her in to the doctor and they can do a few tests.
You can also tell if she is or not if her hymen is broken or not but then again you can break it or tear it doing normal activities.
Your best bet would be taking her in to a doctor or gynacologist.
