    Bartending course
Im looking into two week bartending classes and a friend told me the best way to become a bartender is to start as a barback and work up. Do bar owners hire people fresh out of these courses, or do they prefer more experience?

My fiancée is an ex bartender, she went to one of those course's and when she was finished she got 3 jobs right away. She was never a barback. So I would say that they do work.

I started juggling five...
