Cut out ALL the junk food for a couple months and see if it helps any. You could possibly have an allergic reaction to some of the preservatives and they can deplete vitamins and minerals like magnesium and potassium. Also artificial sweeteners can cause problems too.
Eat more bananas, potatoes and healthy foods

You should keep a blanket or layers (sheet, nightgown & heating pad cover) or something between the heating pad and your skin and keep it at a more comfortable range. Full heat can do that.

Why do you feel you need a heating pad? What is the problem? What kind of pain?

From what you wrote in previous posts and this I think you need to get your doctor to refer you to some sort of specialist. Also still give up the junk food.

I figured that, but you need to find out why you are getting abdominal pain. By your other posts I was referring to when you asked about bladder infections. You seem to have some undiagnosed problem in your abdominal area and I think a specialist needs to figure it out since your regular dr doesn't seem to be getting anywhere.
