    My ac condenser or air handler will not come on
    My thermostat is set correctly and all breakers have been checked and my ac will not come on. I checked in the outside unit and found a loose wire and tightened it, but same thing inside.

    Sounds like you did a good job of checking out the problem. At this time your best bet is to call for ON SITE service and have a professional find and fix the problem.
