understanding a prescription for Army requirements
I need help understanding my prescripton and then applying it to requirements given by the Army Air Corps.

My eyesight at the moment is

I don't know why you have to do this on your own. Doesn't the Army Air Corp have opticians who determine that? Is this not included in a complete physical to find out if you are suitable for recruitment ?

I am not currently applying for the AAC but I am thinking about it. Therefore at the moment I would like to know if my eyesight is good enough before I apply during Sandhurst.

The Sphere (Distance) is within the required range, but the Cylinder (Astigmatism) is not.
