    One of my female friend is an aloholic and a chain smoker
    Can u please suggest me any home remedies like food or anything which can help her reduce the habit

    My friend smoked a lot also, so she decided to try and quit. This worked for her, but I am not promising it will work for your friend but I guess it's worth a try... Whenever my friend had a feen for a smoke she would pop in a Lifesaver mint and didn't bite it, just sucked on the mint and it lasted about 10 minutes and that's usually how long her nicotine urge lasted.
