    Hi I would like to know if anyone has a recipe for making 5 gal of homeade wine using frozen concentrate> I would really appreciate it if you would give it to me and what is your favorite. Thank You

    Jeanne it's not as easy as "give me a recipe" if you want drinkable wine. Do you have a fermenter with an airlock? What about a carboy to age it in? What varietal is your concentrate and who is it from? Merlot, Cabernet? It will take several months after the fermentation is done to properly age the wine before bottling.

I don't drink, so all wine tastes the same to me. However, I do cook with it. IF a cake recipe calls for sherry or brandy, which of the following would be the closest to it. Cabernet sauvegon, burgundy, chadonnay, marsala, maderia. I have all these but not sherry or brandy.
