Oh, I hope that it isn't another skunk! That'll be really awful!! Ok, I need to go now, I gathered some info on other threads concerning capital punishment as a homework, and found quite interesting ideas. Bye now! See you... maybe later, but most surely on Tuesday, if I don't come online! Ok, bye Starby, good night, if you're going to sleep!

Have a good day Unky, and good luck with your homework. It's a long weekend here (labour day) so I'm sure that Tuesday there should be someone around. G'nite!

What are you doing awake at 5am?? Crazy kids nowadays... *shakes head*

I guess we could always swim. Though it's freezing right now. We could freeze all the water and go ice skating instead!!

Eeeekkkk! Let's leave the frozen water until C'mas Eve. We can go skating then with the Cabana boys, just for that one night, and then it be all nice and toasty warm again!

I went to sleep early lastnight, but then Niki woke me up and needed to go out, and then of course I couldn't go back to sleep. I think I'm going to give it another try right now though! ;)

    Have a goodin! :)

Heyyyy, I'm a duck!! Do you think if I just started to flap, I could gain some air speed, and get there that way? I'll give it a try! :D

Thanks guys, but hopefully 'N' has a lucid moment, and decides to leave me alone this time. But yes, I could sure do with that sleep!! ;)

My van hasn't worked in one year now. I miss my mom AND my friends. Oh well that is why I want the island so I don't have the lonely in a crowd feeling.

What's wrong with your van NH? That's an awful long time to go without wheels! That's horrible that you can't get around. Maybe the Genie can grant you a wish? Too bad that only works on the island. :(

Something is wrong with the steering column and the key.
    I am hoping it doesn't cost any $600+. :(
I feel like no vehicle, no life, shut in
If I am going to be like a shut in I might as well be on a sunny island instead :(

Well, I am back to work and hopefully can get it fixed in a couple months.

Wow, that is a long time w/o a vehicle NH. Ya know, I am not an expert but know a little about cars, it may be something as little as the ignition or an electrical problem hon? I would at least have someone that knows look at it... whatcha think?

I sure hope you can get it fixed soon, and it doesn't cost you too much. I have another van sitting in my backyard, that has a seized engine, thanks to my ex. He did an oil change, and he broke the plug thing off and didn't tell me, so I was driving, and it dumped all the oil. If we weren't so far away, I would just give it to you for any parts that you could use.

I think the problem with the newer van is the alternator.

I think it is the safety neutral switch or something in the upper column.
I had the whole steering column replaced for $300. (with one from a junk yard) and then two months later when I could afford tires I drove it to the tire place and when they were done it had the same problem. Then it was too late on the junk yard guarantee.
I am taking it to the garage down the hill around the end of Oct. I am sick of not having a way to get around other than relying on my boyfriend when he feels like it.

It really sucks to have to reley on other people, I know. I like my indepence too much. I really like to just jump in and go whenever I want to, so I know how that feels.

Yeah I can sit in the house for days and not be depressed if I know I can jump in my van and go. But not having a vehicle makes you go stir crazy!
