You know that thing you said you were going to do?? Did you and did you stick to it??

Me I stopped smoking 16 months ago and I feel bloody fantastic for doing so and I'm sticking to it because I know I can.

The chocolate and the cola consumption well look I'm not perfect hehehehehe

    YEP!
I said I was giving up doing anything for the summer and just sleeping (and being on here) because I don't have any money to fix my van and this is a really cold damp summer.
S0 YES I am doing IT!
I gave up my Pepsi addiction last week but started again this week when my son drank all the fruit juice I had bought that he claimed he didn't like.

Yeah people tell me I get too much sugar because of all the Pepsi I drink but it is basically my only sugar source too.

Im kind of glad you did Sneezy or you wouldn't be here now :)

NO well heck if you like pepsi then why stop? Yeah moderation is a great thing but I have to say drinking fruit juice and smoothys etc can be just as bad for you as your just pouring the nateral sugar down rather than digesting it by actually eating the fruit.

Isneeze you need to be careful what you wish for.
To be on the safe side I think it is time to change that to I'm going to live to see the year 3000

My problem with the Pepsi is I can easily drink 48 to 64 oz a day and it is an addiction that I have a hard time keeping under 24 oz

No but that was due to calcium deficiencies more from being pregnant 3 yrs in a row.
I have been cut down to the 24 oz or less for a few years now but still will drink more sometimes.

I use to switch back and forth because they change their formula every so many years
And sometimes the Pepsi formula is horrible but occasionally the coca cola one is not very good. I haven't had to switch in a few years so I don't know what the coca cola is like now.

Hmmmmm... might have to try one... very over due!

Must be my next going to do that I haven't done??

I may be biased, but I really like the cherry coke zero. That's my sugar intake for the day.

I was drinking that when it first came out. In fact had the little store stock up on it and then it started tasting like cherry cough syrup to me. I think that was the last time I switched back to Pepsi.

CUTE picture of the children! CBW~!

UMM well honestly, I vowed to change my diet of no partially hydrogenated oils and I have since realized that almost everything I eat and enjoy, includes it. Some days are better than others but lots of times I just indulge and feel guilty later.
I was a Coke drinker for years as a kid but now its usually diet Coke but PEPSI MAX is pretty good, I think that is what its called! I also enjoy chocolate WAY too much. Lol

I will never give up my pepsi. My hospital only serves coke and I take my own pepsi.

I told myself I was going to work, and I am doing it. Loving the money, I've redecorated my entire downstairs and still have money left over.

Yeah, you told me. And you all were right. I'm loving it!! We have hard days, like delivering stillbirths, etc, but the majority of days it's great. I just HATE working nights.
