    Service Connected Disability and Bankruptcy
    I would like to know if my 100% service connected disability (when filing bankruptcy) can be counted as yearly income, in order for them to consider whether you can file Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.

    I do believe any and all income is considered income, but surely it is not enough to put you over the limits. Unless you have a very large income from other work.
