Garage Slab Foundation Piers and Framing
    Greetings

I'll try to make this simple. I have a 60 year old single car garage that I hope to get a variance for to build a 2 car garage. It's on a slight grade so will need piers and a solid slab.
I'm hoping to minimize costs by doing everything except the piers, slab and framing. Are there companies or contractors that specialize in foundation and framing only construction? Or Slab and Shell as I've heard. I want it done once and done right. I prefer a specialist in this area. Just thought some of you trademan might have some ideas or opinions about my next step/situation.

    Thank you

You should be able to find a concrete contractor to do the excavating, pour the foundation and floor. Then contract with a carpenter to enclose it. That's the way I built my house. Took me a long to do the interior finishing though.
