    Bump on foot
    I have a painless soft bump on my left foot. It is the size of a golf ball. I am wondering if it is caused from jogging. How can I get rid of it?

    Unfortunately you are going to have to see a podiatrist about this. It may be something very simple, or very complex, but we cannot diagnose via the internet.
