    What's the make and model # of your computer? Most store-bought systems come with some method of putting in a Recovery CD and doing a FACTORY RESTORE. Once that is complete, your computer would be back the way it was the first time you turned it on.

    BE SURE TO COPY ALL YOUR FILES off the computer beforehand because they will be GONE afterwards.
