    Monthly $3,410.00
    Hourly would depend on how many hrs worked

    If you work 40 hours a week with no overtime it will be $18.52 per hour. (($38520.00/52)/40)
    If paid weekly = $740.77 ($32520.00/52)
    Paid bi-weekly = $1481.54 ($32520.00/26)
    2 X month = $1605.00 ($32520.00/24)
    Monthly = $3210.00 ($3250.00/12)

    The Rate after taxes would depend on your deductions which at this point is unknown
