    Should divorce be legalized in the philippines?

    I know very little about the Philippines but yes I do think it should be legalized.

    What happens if your in a bad marriage, is it a case of shut up and put up.

    That would be dreadful, especially if cruelty is involved.

    Philippine Government not allow devorce, but they do have Annulment.

    That's why you should not be in a hurry to marry just because your body clock is ticking or you're just head over heels in love.

    Annulment is very tedious and costly. Only Filipino celebrities and well off people undergo this process. Ordinary couples just part ways without legal papers and ends up cohabiting with the "right one" until law applies about inheritance/legal rights if there is.

    I do believe that we are all mere humans who commit mistakes in choosing the you want to be with for a lifetimethats why legalizing divorce in the philippines will do nothing bad for us instead it will help us to correct our mistakes... and we wll learn from that mistakes!!
