    hard period, bad on 4th
    my period started feels like its going to berough. Do any of you know ofa way to slow it down? Cause I still want to celebrate the 4th in a semi-festive manner= how can I do that with my period going full blast (I hate biolgy) please help;

    Might be late on this, but for the future... see if cutting back on your sugar and caffeine provide any relief. Sometimes too much salt causes problems as well for some women. Regular exercise, throughout the month, can often ease discomfort during your period too.

    Thanks though I found out it was all in my head (witch is uncommon) and I wasn't bleeding. And your not too late its only 4:30 pm.well I am done/
