    Silly Thinking
    I have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and feel really alone. I have seen a counselor about it but it didn't really help. My parents listen but I feel as though they, particularly my mum, are getting frustrated with me. They can't understand how hard my worries and counselor are to stop. Every night when I go to bed, I fear that I will die during the night! I know this is stupid but I can't stop worrying. I also get really worried about things like breathing in white out accidentally, even when I'm far away from it!
    What can I do?:(

    I have experienced the same worries you have. Is there any thing that happened when you were younger to cause you to worry about these things? Your not really alone, besides you having obsessive compulsive disorder, if that is what it is? Well I do believe everybody has that to a certain extent. Even if you feel alone there are many many people if you asked experienced the same thoughts as you. You can find things to do to keep your mind busy, that will dicipline your mind and body. For example, karate. Physically speaking and mentally speaking they will teach you dicipline. Meditations and yogas will help you learn how to clear your mind. There are things you can do to calm your mind of these worries, NATURALLY. It does take time.

    I think you might have some paranoia. I would defiantly ask my counsellors to check me for paranoia.
