    Child Support
    Do you have to pay child support if you give your parental rights up? The mother is now telling me she wants child support she is remarried and the child is 9 and calls her husband dad. I don't even know if the child is mine?

    Yes. Giving up your rights isn't as simple as signing a piece of paper either.
