    1980 kids movie
    I can't remember much of the movie but it was about a little girl who would swim in the ocean and record whale music. It was in the 1980, early 1990s and I can't seem to find any information. There was a couple that was driving down a road and the wife looked in the ocean and saw the girl floating in the water. They stopped their jeep, I think it was, and ran down to see if she was all right. That is really all I remember, but if anyone knows anything I would love it.

    I saw it on the disney chanel when I was 11 so that was '92 its called either "the tadpole and the whale" or "la grenouille et la baleine" its from '87

    I just checked and you can get it on dvd under the english title tadpole and the whale there are three at Amazon at the moment
