    "Bay Island" ceiling fan
I received as a gift a Hampton Bay,"Bay Island" ceiling fan Some of the description reads as such : 52" ceiling fan, oil rubbed bronze finish, Venetian Scavo glass, 442031, model # 14161, purchase order # is 56196192 My question is this, does the glass globe shown on the box actually come with the fan? It reads like it does. The box looked like there was a styrofoam "form/imprint" for the actual globe, but there was not a globe included. Could you please advise of the situation. I appreciate your time and help with this matter The Dooley's

Besides contacting the retailer the fan was purchased from, you can contact the manufacturer at the information found in the sticky note listed first in this Electrical Forum:

They should certainly be able to help.

From what you say I am certain it was meant to come with. Take it back to Home Depot and fight with them!
