    Greetings everybody,
I' am a leader of a medium size company(Dealing in rent a car & private taxi business) who just introduced two new initiatives in an endeavor to uplift staff morale & enthusiasm. The initiatives are:
    - Best Employee prize
    - Best idea/suggestion prize.
Issue is: we do not have spesific and scientific tools by which we can judge who is best.
I would appreciate any help re telling us how to set up a criteria based on we can decide the best.
    Best Regards.

If I were you I would reward each employee whose suggestion was implemented. As far as the best employee goes, that is a judgement call. You should tell the employees exactly what you think a good employee is, and then reward them upon how close they get to that ideal.
