    Anti-reflectors ?
    I do gaming regularly.. and my left eye is very weak.. doc said no use of glass..

    So is there any other specified glasses.. that can save my eyes from the rays of monitors ?

    You can wear plano (0 prescription) lenses with an anti-reflective coating on them. But I think your best bet is to take regular stretch breaks from your computer. Get up, stretch, get some fresh air, and maybe a snack. Ergonomic keyboards, mouses, and chairs are also helpful.
