    OPT tax deduction
    I work during my OPT, but I paid federal tax, SSN tax, medicare tas. Since I overpaid tax, I have to get the overpaid part during tax return. What form should I use to file tax and how to get tax return?

    What was your visa status?

    If you converted from F-1 to H-1 or H-1B, when was the conversion effective?

    What is your nationality?

    Need this info to answer properly.
