    Well that's a statement that you hear a lot from conservatives these days, I assume you are asking for comments on it. Sure, the less government regulation you have of anything, the more room there is for individual action. It certainly sounds good, until something like hurricane Katrina or the Depression of the 1930's comes along. Then people want the government to spring into action.
