    Expansionary monetary policy
    Question: Suppose the central bank decided to implement an expansionary monetary policy action. What would you expect to happen to the money supply, the interest rates and the economy? Illustrate using graphs. Under what circumstances would this type of policy be most likely to be appropriate?
