    No energy.
I'm 38 and I always feel slugish, I lack energy and just want to sleep all day if I don't drink coffee or take a pill like presciption diet pills. Since I was 27, I've relied on diet pills and coffee to have energy. I've tried many times to do without coffee or pills but all I want to do is sleep and lay around. I have a very physical job, cleaning houses. What is wrong with me? I look at others and wonder how they do it naturally and why I struggle. Please help!!

I recommend you find a good quality multi vitamin/mineral supplement.

Start you day with something good in your belly, fruit, a good multi grain cereal, or other healthy type of breakfast. After you have eaten your breakfast, take the supplement. This needs to become a habit, so that eventually, you do it without even thinking about it, it just becomes part of your daily routine. After about three weeks, of taking it every day, it will become a habit.

While you won't notice a big difference in just a few days, over the long term, you will.

Also, too much caffiene will cause you to feel sluggish as it wears off, you should try to cut down on that as much as possible.

The diet pills need to go as well, while they provide a short term burst of energy, they too cause you to feel much more sluggish when they wear off.
