    Voilated my probation.
    Okay here it goes a couple of months ago I wrote to a check to 2 of my friends so that I could get money... and I would pay them back in a couple days.. so I did but they decside to be s and say I didn't pay them. Okay I'm on probation for writeing fake checks.. so one of the cops called me the da is looking at the paper work and I might as well turn myself in what can the judge do to me.. ive already served 1 years.. and have 4 more years left of probation.. what can the judge do to me.

    He can make you serve all 4 years, or less. Plus, you can get more time on the new charges.

    When you paid your "friends" you were to get the check back. If you did not,? But yes, on the probation issue, you can go back to serve the other 4 years, on the new charge, most likely combine with the other time served.
