[Tuscany]

I am making Sea Bass for dinner tonight- 1st time. I was wondering if anyone had any recipes that they have used before that they enjoyed. I looked online, but I would like personal feedback.

1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 twp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Lemon/pepper to taste
Sea salt to taste
1 1/2-2 lbs sea bass
3 tbsp butter
2 lg. clves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley'
2 tbsp olive oil

Grill on high heat
Stir together garlic,onion powder and pepper/lemon pepper, sea salt, sprinkle on fish. Set aside, OIL GRILL,

3 tbsp butter
2 lg. clves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley'
2 tbsp olive oil

Grill on high heat
Stir together garlic,onion powder and pepper/lemon pepper, sea salt, sprinkle on fish. Set aside, OIL GRILL, grill fish 7 minutes turn and drizzle with butter, cook another 7 minutes drizzle with olive oil, till flaky and done.
