    Old GE Monogram Refrigerator
The freezer has not been working well. A few weeks ago I noticed that food in the bottom was not as frozen as the top. It's getting worse and half of my food is defrosted. Is there anything I should check before calling a repair service? Thanks!

Not at all. You can use a brush and a vacuum. Just pull the unit out from the wall. When all this collects dust, and it does, it will cause the unit to run warmer

Post back your results. Did you find quite a bit of dust build up?
