    Icl 7667 output mosfet driver
    Need help

    Have a 555 timer chip output into a 7667 driver chip running at 10 volts
    But only getting 3 volts at pin 3 output , why ?
    The signal is also inverted

    Pin 3 may be different depending on chip package. Can you provide drawing or schematic?

    The 555 pinout is same on 555, it is the driver that has different configurations.
    Here are some 555 circuits, may give you some ideas:
