    House construction Vs rent
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Please give the xls spread sheet for the following showing NPV at 6% and payout period.

    1. currently renting 80 houses, total at SR 3,200,000 per year
    2. Inflation of house rent 2% per year
    3. Intend to construct a scheme of 80 houses, capital SR 41,000,000
    4. Housing scheme completion in 5 years.

    Cash flow of Construction Year 1 - SR 1,500,000
    Year 2 - SR 4,500,000
    Year 3 - SR 11,000,000
    Year 4 - SR 14,000,000
    Year 5 - SR 10,000,000
    Rented houses will be handed over after 5 yrs.
