    Ch 13 bankruptcy
    If you are in chi 13 bankruptcy can you do subject to and lease options?

    On a chapter 13, any actual purchases would have to be approved, as to options, if this effects your budget, since you have an approved budget, so if your current rent payments are about the same, I don't see why it woul matter.
