    A few things about Parkour?
    Well I need some help with Parkour and there are a few things I need help with on that subject.

    1. I'm trying to find Parkour lessons in North Carolina
    2. I'm trying to find good Parkour shoes
    3. I'm looking for tips in general

    I can't really help with the first two things. But for general tips you might find the website ParkourGenerations.com - Parkour Generations helpful. They have a lot of videos on YouTube that can be accessed from their website.
